Over the years, I’ve had the joy of traveling to Italy many times, and each visit has felt like a return home. Unlike most tourists, I’ve been lucky to spend my time with cousins and friends, always welcomed with open arms. With that deep connection in mind, Cheryl and I have decided to fulfill a dream we’ve long held: to immerse ourselves in the culture and roots that have shaped so much of our lives.

We’re thrilled to share that we’re in the process of purchasing a tranquil retreat in Italy. The first hurdle has been confirmed as of 5/4/25 "Acceptance of the offer".  The inspection scheduling and report was completed with minor issues. Appraisal completed. Next Step! Settlement.. Date set and (Closing) will be conducted in Florence.

Property has 80 Olive Trees and 2 Separate Detached Homes (Click on the Picture for larger Image)

 

 

BOTTOM LINE:  Settlement is Scheduled for August 15th  Now July 30th 2025!  If you are family or friends pack your bags for vacation!  SOOO be nice else .. no food 4 u!
