Lets Take The Next Step!

Over the years, I’ve had the joy of traveling to Italy many times, and each visit has felt like a return home. Unlike most tourists, I’ve been lucky to spend my time with cousins and friends, always welcomed with open arms. With that deep connection in mind, Cheryl and I have decided to fulfill a dream we’ve long held: to immerse ourselves in the culture and roots that have shaped so much of our lives.

We’re thrilled to share that we’re in the process of purchasing a tranquil retreat in Italy. The first hurdle has been confirmed as of 5/4/25 "Acceptance of the offer".  The inspection scheduling and report was completed with minor issues. Next Step! Appraise Scheduled 5-10.  Settlement date set and (Closing) will be conducted in Florence.

Property has 80 Olive Trees and 2 Separate Detached Homes (Click on the Picture for larger Image)

 

 

BOTTOM LINE:  Settlement is Scheduled for August 15th  Now July 31st 2025!  If you are family or friends pack your bags for vacation!  SOOO be nice else no food 4 u!
